    The Weber Silver One-Touch Grill is a great product. I have owned the grill for five years with no problems. The ash catcher can be annoying in breezy or windy days as ash does pretty much go everywhere. It is very simple to regulate the heat and control the burn. I would definately recommend getting the charcoal starter chimney for fast and easy lighting of the charcoal. Although the legs and wheels may not seem very substantial, they have held up admirably thus far. Cooking with charcoal may be more work and a bit messy (ashes), but the flavor is second to none!     **WARNING EXTREMELY DANGEROUS**

    I really do have to put a huge warning on the "Match Light" charcoal. It is very dangerous. As it says, it is match light. There is no need for lighter fluid. It does work great. And stay hot longer than the normal ccharcoal. You don't taste the fluid when the food is cooked because it burns off before it reaches the food. As all of us know that when we add fluid, we do put more on the coals when the food is grilling. That's when we taste it in the food. You don't need any at any time when using this. But now the dangerous part of this, is that it's very flammable. When you cook with charcoal, you have to add more coal every hour to have a steady temperature. I did this by pouring more on like you would normally. The coals inside the bag caught fire. They started to catch fire quite quickly. I had to fold the top of the bag to put the fire out. After that I had to replenish the fire. So I didn't pour it on again. I grabbed the coals with my hand; my hand caught fire. I didn't get burned because I always keep a hose within reach. I can't say enough to be careful. So if you do need to add more. Get a small bag of the "Match Light" and just place the bag on the fire or use a pot and place the coals into the pot and pour it on. Step back right away after that. Never let children handle this. Like I said, my hand caught fire. If you have the coal dust on your hands, there's a good chance your hand will catch fire. This is a great product and works great but just be careful.
